Do you love decorating the outside of your home as much as you like decorating the inside? You may already have a few large outdoor Christmas decorations, but sometimes it’s good to freshen things up and try something new.
I haven’t put anything out on my lawn, but I have sometimes put some small artificial evergreen trees on my porch. Those have now been moved to a new location inside my house, so I am now without porch decorations this year.
As I was looking on Amazon for some new ideas, I thought of my neighbor across the street. They have some pretty busy decorations with flashing lights and colors – festive! But I chose a calmer selection in contrast. Take a look.
I think if I had to pick one or two right now, it would have to be the large presents for my front porch and the snowflake for my garage.
I really love the JOY sign, but we have a small tree right in the middle of our front yard and I’m not sure how that would work. But if we had a more open spot there it would be beautiful. Would look even better with a house that is set back.
I think the white spiral tree and star display would probably be easier to do in our short front yard, and I have two lanterns on either side of the garage door that could use a nice big red bow.
